Since June 2025, Valorie leads the world’s first production facility for Vertically Aligned Carbon Nanotubes.
Supporting US operations and overseeing all support services and finance, she has driven critical milestones including fast-track permitting,
comprehensive safety program deployment, ISO quality system development,
and the selection and implementation NAWAH’s global ERP platform.
Before joining NAWAH, Valorie brought over 20 years of industrial manufacturing and engineering leadership.
She held a Senior Management roles at AES Next Operations, where she led the onsite construction and startup of AES’s first green hydrogen facility globally, and at Cargill Corn Milling,
where she achieved ISO 50001 certification.
Valorie holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Chemical and Materials Engineering and Business Administration from the University of Dayton
and is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
She is passionate about advancing NAWAH’s cutting-edge carbon nanotube technology
and empowering the talented people who bring this vision to life.
